I'm Lu/Frilly,

Having been into cosplay, j-fashion and all things quirky and creative for a long time, I wondered if my creative and curious eye should get behind a camera to aid other people in their self-expression. 

Harajuku Bridge, my independent media space, is where I plan to do not only this, but also to showcase and document what I think is a very important cultural space, from the perspective of community, collective snapshots of individual stories within that community.
